Companies, organisations and travel agents are able to arrange for accommodation and/or associated costs for their business travellers to be invoiced for payment rather than having their travellers settle their accounts directly with the Motel.

Booking Conditions for Corporate Guests
- Bookings made under a Corporate Rate do not guarantee a specific room-type or outlook. Corporate Room Bookings are made on a “run of house” basis. Should a specific room type be required, then full rack rate will apply (conditional upon availability).
- Credit Card information and/or charge-back/invoice authority are required to secure ALL bookings
- Corporate reservations cancelled within forty eight (48) hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s tariff.
